Balika Samriddhi Yojana Benefits ?

50 thousand rupees will be given to pregnant women through this scheme. After that, if a girl child is born, a grant of 500 rupees will be given. Then the money will be paid every year in stages for the daughter’s education.

Who can enroll in Balika Samriddhi Yojana ?

Funding is provided by the Balika Samriddhi Yojana to promote women’s education or girls’ education in the country. However, not all female children will get the benefits of this scheme. Only girls from below poverty line families will be given the benefit of this scheme. Must belong to BPL to avail this Scheme. However, maximum two girls in the family will get this scheme benefit.

Eligibility to apply for Balika Samridhi Yojana ?

  • 1. To apply under this scheme, it is mandatory for the applicant to be a permanent resident of India.
  • 2. Only girl child can apply under this scheme.
  • 3. The girl child should be from a family living below the poverty line.
  • 4. The girl child should be born on or after 15 August 1997.
  • 5. Only two girls from a family can avail the benefits of this scheme.

How to Apply for Balika Samriddhi Yojana 2024?

This Scheme can be applied in two ways, offline and online. To apply online you can go to CSC center and apply. On the other hand, Anganwadi workers and health service centers can apply offline. In that case, the application form should be collected from the concerned office, filled with correct information and submitted to that office.
